DI Resin, Color Changing Mixed Bed Ion Exchange Nuclear Grade (1-5 lbs)
Premium Nuclear Grade mixed bed ion exchange resin with color indicating dye. Available in 1-5 lb packages. Ideal for use with refillable filter cartridges, saltwater and reef aquariums, or any application where 0 ppm TDS water is desired. The ion exchange resin is well suited for the water quality requirements of saltwater and reef aquarium enthusiasts, or anyone desiring ultrapure water. A 50/50 volume mixture of a hydrogen form strong acid cation resin (amber) and an hydroxide form type 1 strong base anion resin(green colored), utilizing a pH indicator dye attached to the anion component that changes color from emerald green to amber as the resin exhausts. This resin is intended for use in applications where a color indication of resin exhaustion is desired and is supplied ready to use with the cation component in the hydrogen form and the anion component in the hydroxide form.
